We work very closely to design and manufacture to achieve the final composite product and use the latest CAD software through our process such as modeling, drafting and creating templates.

ERNES Composite Technologies holds a confirmed reputation with its ‘ accuracy at the first shot’ philosophy that couples with a continuously improving quality system which aims a tried and true management. Our company owns the required experience for manufacturing advanced composite production. With the help of our STD 209E approved Class 8 Clean Room, we are able to control the particle density and minimise other undesired parameters to be produced and stored inside and also track the crucial parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure for ensuring a proper manufacturing line.

ERNES Composite Technologies is well-equipped for producing with autoclave which entitled as a basis of value-adding, advanced composite manufacturing.

Our processes are completed with a Class II Type B Autoclave for Composite and a heater that ensures a homogenous heat transfer system for a sensitive, quality and homogenous output.

High- featured and autoclave based production could be utilised to provide a 7/24 capacity for the solidification of high-performance thermoset pieces which require heat and highly condensed pressure for a long period of time. As an alternative, ‘non autoclaved’ pre-pregs can also be manufactured with our extra heating capacity.
